Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the KinetixClient website, dashboard, API and Discord integration. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. About KinetixClient

KinetixClient is a client modification for Minecraft Java Edition. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

2. Your account

You need to give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person should use one account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country to use online services if that is higher.

3. Using the client on servers

KinetixClient can change how the game behaves. Many servers prohibit or restrict modifications, and you are solely responsible for reading and following the rules of every server and network you join. We are not responsible for bans, mutes, lost progress or any other action a server takes against you.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the website, dashboard or API. Do not scrape the service, resell access, redistribute the client or its files, or use an account to harass others. Follow the rules of our Discord server when you take part in it.

5. Your content

You can store setup codes and other text in your dashboard. You keep ownership of it and you give us permission to store and display it back to you. Do not store anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

6. Availability and changes

KinetixClient and this site are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features can change, break or be removed at any time, and we may suspend or end access to protect the service or other users.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, accounts or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
